How it works: A derma-roller creates controlled micro-channels in the lip/perioral skin that trigger the wound-healing cascade, activating fibroblasts and driving new collagen and elastin production; histology shows increased dermal collagen after microneedling with measurable wrinkle improvement over 90–150 days.
